I didn't have any M3 screws long enough for the clamp around the collar of my E3D V6 using the Minimalist mount from Mediaman, so I made the holes deeper. It now works just fine with M3 20mm screws. Frankly, the original was probably overkill - this holds as firmly as one can imagine.
