E3D V6 lite6 Mount for direct drive extruder included with Folgertech Prusa I3 kit

I created a mount for the E3D V6lite hot end that lets it attach to the stock direct drive extruder included with the Folgertech Prusa i3 kit. The design includes a remixed cap sourced from thingiverse, as well as a compatible tensioned extruder housing also found on thingiverse. To assemble, you will need two M3 x 25mm screws, two M3 x 16mm screws, two M3 nuts, and four M3 washers. 5/8/15: I added some assembly instructions. Assembly Instructions: First, print both parts of the design. They are strong enough to not require support material when printed at a 0.20mm layer height and 40% infill setting. You must trim the PTFE liner so that it aligns flush with the black collar on top of the V6 Lite hotend.
