E3D v6/Lite6 mount for CTC/Flashforge/Makerbot Replicator (Single)

I no longer possess a CTC Replicator, therefore further work on this will not proceed. The OpenSCAD files are attached for anyone interested in working on this project. I enthusiastically utilize my E3D Lite6's on both Prusas and did not want to simply swap to the E3D block and nozzle, as one would sacrifice Z height with this design and have to reposition the Z stop. Nevertheless, the gains in terms of reliability and quality make it worthwhile. On my CTC, I do not utilize Duel Extruders, and therefore only need a single mount for one side. It has undergone a dry fit, but has yet to be used. UPDATE: A trigger flag for the X Endstop has been added. This is still untested and unprinted.
