I designed this fan duct to work seamlessly with a knockoff E3D V6 hot end, requiring dual 40mm fans for both heat sink cooling and layer cooling. To print it successfully, I found that placing the flat section between the two fan mounts on its side, directly against the bed, then rotating it at a precise 35-degree angle off the bed yielded the best results.
