A new effector designed specifically for the E3D V6 is now available. This upgrade pack includes three cooling nozzles, but feel free to use only one if needed. The entire effector system uses M3 bolts and nuts, so you can easily integrate it with your existing setup. The nozzles are equipped with 5015 blowers that will sit directly over the top without requiring any additional hardware. To secure the blower in place, simply tighten the M3 nuts into pre-set holes within the effector and clamp. You'll need to acquire the following components: 8x M3 nuts 8x M3 bolts (12mm long) To ensure a permanent hold, apply heat to the nut and press it firmly into the part. This will prevent any movement or loosening over time. The nozzles can be adjusted to achieve perfect placement around your heatblock or sock. To maintain tight tolerances on the top of the heatsink, we recommend using at least 20% infill and a layer height of 0.2mm or smaller. If you're unable to bridge without significant drooping, you may need to use support within the nozzle. The arm distances for your delta settings are set at 42mm, with an offset from the center of the effector to the rods at 37mm. Please note that this is a prototype product and may not function perfectly until all issues have been resolved.
