A new effector perfectly compatible with the E3d V6 arrives, packing three cooling nozzles that allow for flexible use - all three are not required at once. The entire effector relies on M3 bolts and nuts. The included nozzles utilize 5015 blowers, which can be mounted directly over the top without requiring any hardware. To assemble the effector, you will need: 8x M3 nuts 8x M3 x 12mm long Within the effector and clamp, pre-set holes are provided for easy nut installation. It's recommended to apply heat to the nut and press it firmly into place to secure it permanently. The nozzles also feature adjustable placement settings, allowing you to achieve perfect alignment around your heatblock or sock. To maintain tight tolerances at the top of the heatsink, a minimum 20% infill and 0.2mm or smaller layer height is suggested. If bridging without significant drooping proves difficult, support may be necessary within the nozzle. The arm distances for delta settings measure 42mm, with an offset of 37mm from the center of the effector to the rods. As this is a prototype, please note that it's an alpha product and may not function flawlessly until all issues have been resolved.
