First off the original thing is awesome great job Pparsniak. https://www.thingiverse.com/pparsniak/about I have just remixed it to suit my own use. Things I Changed/Added: ==================== - Made it so only three bearing mounts are needed, either the originals or the ones made by Pparsniak. - Enclosed the underside completely, blocking unwanted air from blowing over the hot end or print. - With the closure of the underside, an outlet was required to prevent overheating, so one has been added out the back. - I merged the part cooling duct with a popular half circular design, found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1954001 - Added a belt attachment; this necessitated moving the locking screw mount up higher. The belt holder was remixed from: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2016779 - Included an adjustable sensor mounting system, remixed from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2283440 I have three versions available: One using the original sensor mounts, one with an adjustable sensor mounting system, and one without any sensor mount. Keep in mind that if you use the base plate with the original sensor mount, you will need to print the cover with a slot for the sensor mount. - Added the sensor mounts from the original carriage. All credit goes to Pparsniak: https://www.thingiverse.com/pparsniak/about - Adjustable sensor credit to 69fordf100mount remixed from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2283440 https://www.thingiverse.com/69fordf100/about Nuts And Bolts: ============== All button heads are used for the nuts and bolts. The original Anet A8 bearing mounting bolts are employed, while M3 nuts and bolts are utilized in all other cases. The specifications are as follows: 15mm x 12, 6mm x 4, 25mm x 4. Updates: ========= A 12mm inductive sensor mount has been added. Photos of adjustable sensors mounted have also been included; the inductive one is 3D printed, as I did not have a spare.
