E3D V6 Hot End Mount and cooling

I designed my own version of the E3D V6 mount for my X-axis Linear Rail using a 3mm piece of angled aluminum as a solid foundation. You'll need to fabricate your own angled plate to utilize this mount, but keep reading for an exception. The E3D fan mount and fan ducting can be used with any design, however. I also integrated my original mount that can be used without the aluminum plate, attaching it directly to the pellow block. Upon printing, I didn't notice anything in the quality that led me to believe a metal plate was necessary. I personally wanted more support after realizing I could flex the mount slightly by applying pressure. The metal plate didn't improve print quality, as far as I can see. The LED lights came from an old Light panel I had stored in my parts bin. They measure approximately 5x5x2mm (see Pic).
