This enhanced clip design features a sophisticated hinge mechanism that can be easily adjusted to a maximum of 90 degrees, thereby providing quicker access to maintenance tasks and components. Instructions To print the redesigned bracket with ease, use settings at 0.2mm resolution with an infill percentage between 20-25%. Due consideration should be given to adding support material for a more precise printing experience of the bracket component. A specially designed printed pin functions perfectly well in securing the hinge. For best results, it is recommended to leave the pin slightly rough during clean-up. The clip mechanism can be securely fastened using an M3 screw measuring approximately 20mm (or longer) accompanied by a suitable nut. If you happen to have a bolt that is marginally too long, simply apply heat and then carefully push it into place until there's sufficient clearance.
