Here is a to scale replica of an E3D-V6 Nozzle for mock-up when creating your own hot end mounting setup. You can create the model with exact outer dimensions, except possibly the threading. Don't worry if it's not designed for printing; it can be done if needed. Edit: I realized that I didn't have the fins exactly the right diameter - they were about .5 mm off, so I updated and re-uploaded the fixed one. Now everything should be correct.
