The blue plastic fan shroud that came with my printer snapped right in half.  After supergluing it for a while, it just became too much hassle.  While waiting for a new fan, I remodeled and resin printed a replacement.This is a little more beefy than the original shroud, so it's closer to the heater block.  I don't recommend printing this from PLA.  Use something that is high-temp and probably add some kapton tape too.
