I wasn't too thrilled with the shape of this design: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:641300. I decided to give it a makeover and kept the exact same fit in mind. Update V3 - just had to tweak 50mm holes slightly so my E3D fan could slide neatly underneath its bolt, then trimmed down the entire setup.
