E3D v6 for MendelMax (Smaller Neck)

This is a remix of the upper piece of ["Amplivibe's E3D v6 for MendelMax"](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:722011). I slimmed down the rounded section of the upper piece by 1mm so it would fit snugly into my X carriage. I'm not entirely sure which X carriage model I have, but it's somewhere in the ballpark of 2011 or 2012. Update October 29, 2017: In order to get it to sit flat and flush against the upper neck, I also had to scale down the collar clamp (E3D_holder_for_mendel.stl). You'll want to print both STL files!
