E3D v6 for MendelMax (Smaller Neck)

<p>This is a remix of the upper piece of <a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:722011">"Amplivibe's E3D v6 for MendelMax"</a>.</p> <p>I narrowed the rounded part of the upper piece by 1mm so it would it sit properly in my X carriage. (Not sure exactly which X carriage I have - it's circa 2011 or 2012.)</p> <p>Update Oct 29, 2017: It had to shrink the collar clamp too (E3D_holder_for_mendel.stl), otherwise it wouldn't sit flat and flush against the upper neck.
