E3D v6 fanduct with 40x40 hotend fan
thingiverse
I'm building a dual fan duct system for my E3D v6 on my trusty TEVO Tarantula 3D printer. The print quality has been exceptional so far, and I'm confident this setup will take it to the next level. To keep the hotend cool, I need a sturdy 40x40mm fan, while a more powerful 50x50x15 radial fan is perfect for the fanduct itself. To ensure everything stays in place, I added an extra tie wrap to secure the fanduct - check out the photo for a closer look. In addition to the fan duct system, I've also designed mounts for two popular bed leveling sensors: the SN04 and BLTouch. These will make it easy to calibrate my printer's print bed with precision. The x-carriage in this design is specifically tailored for the TEVO Tarantula, but the fan duct itself is versatile enough to fit most printers on the market.
