E3D V6 Fan with manual controlled flap
thingiverse
I customized this for my Wilson II project. Remix from: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1344418 UPDATE: I have created mirrored parts for the duct, flap and knob for those who require it to be right-handed. Removed the servo setup and added a simple turn handle. Simplified the design to use no bearings but just a snug fit. There is a 2mm hole to join the knob and the flap... I didn't use it in the end but if needed any small self-tapering tool should fit it. E3D v6 hotend fan clip http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:340312 I used the one that came with my hotend. M3 x 40mm bolts I used to hold everything together. Print Settings Printer Brand RepRap Printer Geeetech Prusa I3 X Rafts No Supports Yes Resolution 0.2 Infill 50% Notes E3Dv6 duct I did in ABS as it is near the hotend. The other parts I did in PLA. Post-Printing Just might need some extra cleaning on the knobs keyed end where it inserts into the flap.
