E3D-V6 fan holder/duct

I'm modifying the E3D V3 fan holder/duct to get a firmer grip on the heat-sink, making it slightly longer and narrower in the process. The holes are also being made narrower to accommodate self-tapping screws for added security. I've included the FreeCAD source code so you can make your own modifications, utilizing version 0.19 of the development branch.
