e3d v6 fan duct and air vent
thingiverse
Hi! I'm Ivan and this is my first job at E3D's hot part extruder. Suitable for dimensions of 24.7 mm by 32 mm. I upgraded the exhaust and directed it towards the hot part of the extruder. The fan should spin in the opposite direction to eliminate spurious blowout from the table during printing due to air flow scattering along the x-axis. Update 06/07/2016 ABS plastic is prone to breaking apart when printed with this product because of its small inner diameter. I added version 1.1, which has a slightly increased inner diameter. This should help prevent breakage. Print Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer Model: Sunhokey Prusa i3 Rafts: No Raft Supports: No Support Resolution: 0.2 mm Resolution Infill Percentage: 30% Slicer Software: Cura 2.1.0 If you need detailed printer settings, feel free to ask and I'll be happy to share.
