The part I reworked had a significant design issue: it blows air directly over the heater block's top. A few "heating failed" errors occurred before I added some tape across the duct's bottom to prevent this. This redesign creates an airtight seal against the heatsink's lower fin, keeping moving air exactly where it needs to be.
