E3D v6 Extruder for MakerGear M2

UPDATE: I posted the STEP version of this object for easy remixing / modification. I've recently updated my E3D v5 extruder and fan duct, which can be found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:533029, and significantly improved the fit of the hotend into the extruder. These improvements have been translated to my E3D v6 extruder, resulting in easier insertion and a tighter hold on the hotend due to better fit. This update has led to enhanced print qualities compared to the previous extruder version, as the hotend nozzle no longer has excessive play. The part with the 2.0 mm ID PTFE upper opening has been renamed to accurately reflect its inner diameter. I designed my extruder for version 6 of the E3D hotend specifically for the MakerGear M2 printer. I used my reference model for the E3D v6, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:433258, as a starting point. Although this design is intended for use with my E3D v6 hotend duct, found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:494430, I have included a plain version for compatibility with other cooling ducts. Both rsilvers' M2 extruder design, accessible at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:267137, and cmenard's adaptation for the E3D v6, found at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:349859, have inspired this project. I created two versions of the extruder to accommodate 2.0 mm I.D. PTFE and 3.0 mm I.D. PTFE upper openings. The latter option is preferable as it provides additional space for kinked filaments. Each version is available with or without supports / pads, allowing for easy printing without extensive cleanup. I recommend filing a 2.0 mm diameter circular file down the length of the filament shaft in the extruder to ensure a smooth and clog-free print experience. A minor blockage can cause a filament jam if left unchecked. To create an even tighter seal between the hot end and the extruder, I have raised the heat sink into the body. This configuration significantly reduces any potential wobble in the system caused by stresses on the extruder from printing activities.
