E3D V6 Direct Drive Mount with BLTouch Mount

I created a new mount for the FolgerTech i3 2020 to attach an E3D V6 hot end. The mount includes features to attach a BLTouch sensor, and there are accessory mount points on the opposite side for attaching a fan or other object if you so desire. One of the images shows how I oriented the parts for printing. I printed with supports with the BLTouch sensor mount down. I have updated the files with V2 of the STL files, and I've provided a G-code that works for my i3 style printer. I had to make some slight changes to the dimensions of the mount to fit the E3D with V2. I've been using it on my printer for several weeks now, and it works. The BL touch might not be at the right height, so it may require some spacers / shimming to get it tuned in properly.
