thingiverse
An E3D V6 Bowden carriage for an x-axis setup. It features mounts for the original Anet A8 fan and a Bltouch probe. To assemble this part, you'll need: 12 M4x8 raised countersunk screws to secure the carriage 2 M3x14 cylinder head screws for the v6 holder 2 M3x18 cylinder head screws for the belt holder 2 M3x10 raised countersunk screws for the fan mount 2 M3x8 raised countersunk screws for the Bltouch mount 2 M3 screws with nuts to secure the Bltouch to its mount 2 M3 screws with nuts to attach the fan to the v6 holder When screwing bolts into holes, you can do so without counter nuts, but it's recommended that you drill out these holes with a 2.5mm drill bit to avoid damaging the part. The Bltouch probe should be positioned as follows: #define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 37 #define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 #define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 2.5 If you're unsure about any aspect of this assembly, feel free to ask for clarification.
