Sometimes I need to fix some issues on different models. That's why I created my own extruder cart. The belt holder, linear bearings, and fanduc are made up of other models. - fan blower: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2086437 - belt holder and tensioner: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2425783 - linear bearing with PTFE (or stock): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3151722 Many of the screws are sized on M3x18 that are originally used on the printer. And finally, all parts can be printed without support. Improvements: - The proximity sensor is on the right - I can use a standard home - fanduc can be moved in Z axis by 8mm (+4 or -4) - The nozzle has a similar Y axis position as the original extruder - The center of the nozzle distance from the center of the sensor is 32mm - Distance between rods are 45mm I recently updated my extruder cart to improve its functionality. I added a new clamp for the E3D V6 hotend, which can be cooled by a 40mm fan. 190120 - E3D V6 clamp / inner diameter 6.0mm and 8.0mm 190318 - Distance between rods are now precisely 45mm
