E3D V6 adapter piece for select mini pro fan and sensor mount

This adapter allows you to keep using your original fan and hotend mount when switching from a stock setup to an E3D V6 or V6 Lite hotend. It's based on Mark Alexander's "E3D Lite6 Adapter for MP Select Mini Pro," but with some key modifications. By raising the sensor 0.8 mm higher, I've made sure my taller prints can successfully print without the z inductive sensor hitting them. Make sure to re-level your bed after installation and adjust your z offset during the first print. All credit goes to Mark Alexander for creating the original design; I simply adapted it to suit my needs.
