I designed a 40mm fan mount that perfectly accommodates the Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX Fan. Installing this fan significantly reduced ambient noise on my CR-10S from around 49-51 dB to a much quieter 39-40 dB range. The fan fits securely, but still has some clearance to rotate freely around the E3D heatsink. I printed this design in NylonX for its flexibility, which I believe is ideal for this application, although all materials should work well too - I just haven't tested them yet.
