I needed a 40mm fan mount that would clear both the carriage and print cooler without sticking out too far, which often resulted in collisions with other components. This custom fan mount will enable the use of much quieter 40mm fans while keeping them close to the extruder. Its offset design just clears the belt holder, ensuring optimal airflow. Although the fluid dynamics of the duct shape may be suboptimal, I've found it hasn't caused any jams during my testing, which is all that truly matters in this case.
