E3D v6 40mm Fan Duct and Extruder for NEMA-17 Motor
pinshape
UPDATE: I've made a version compatible with the J-Head hotend for the Prusa-i3, as requested. Two versions are posted: Model A has an upper opening for 2.0 mm I.D. PTFE and Model B has an upper opening for 3.0 mm I.D. PTFE. I'm basing this on online dimensions and user requests since I don't own a Prusa-i3 or J-Head. Adjust your feed rate, as the gearing will be different from the stock extruder. This is a modified version of my E3D v6 Extruder for the Makergear M2 printer: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:494430 and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:495756. I made this adaptation in response to your request. Since I don't own the 3D printer, I hope it fits and works well. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. This design requires a few parts: an 625ZZ 5 X 16 X 5 idler bearing can be found here: amazon.com/gp/product/B00HHH4Q9U. You'll also need a shoulder screw to hold the bearing in place: amazon.com/gp/product/B001P5SKGK. M3 screws are needed for mounting the extruder on the NEMA-17 and an M4 bolt (15 mm) and nut for adjusting the idler tension.
