E3D v6 40mm Fan Duct

I wasn't pleased with the models of 40mm fan ducts I found on Thingiverse, as they didn't fit well onto my extruder. So I decided to design my own fan duct for the E3D v6. Hopefully, this can be helpful to everyone who has encountered my same problem. This fan duct is designed with M3 hex nuts slots that allow a stronger grip and faster changes in case of a broken fan. Update 06/19: I've improved the model by addressing some issues related to wall thickness, and created a version of the "clamp" with a shorter internal diameter.
