Bombaman has done an outstanding job with the bracket, and it truly is impressive. However, it falls short in one crucial aspect - a suitable mount for a 40mm cooler is nowhere to be found. My revised version addresses this issue by incorporating a screw that keeps everything stable even at high speeds. Alternatively, the pin-based design also works effectively. To further enhance the bracket's functionality, I suggest updating the clamp with a hole for an M3 nut. This will allow you to secure the fan adapter firmly in place using a sturdy M3 bolt. For added stability, use screws that range from 10 to 20mm in length - the existing holes are more than sufficient to accommodate these lengths.
