E3D v6 40mm dual fan mount

ATTENTION: I have since developed a more compact and easier to print mount that should provide an easier fit on most printers: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2818359 This is a universal part- and hotend cooling fan mount designed for E3D v6 hotends and its clones. Many similar designs exist, but they often utilise the hotend fan as a parts cooling fan simultaneously. Since the hotend fan is always on, this prevents you from varying the parts cooling airflow, which is not ideal. It replaces the original blue fan clamp and fits the original 30mm fan from E3D. The parts-cooling shroud accommodates a 40mm fan, a pretty common size in many 3d printers. Printing and assembly: Print the mount.stl with supports. You will need to drill out the holes on the fan adapter plate with a 3mm drill bit. The adapter plate is glued to the mounting clamp with CA glue so sand the respective surfaces. The fan shroud needs to be sanded as well, as the 40mm fan will be attached with two dabs of CA glue also - don't use too much so you can pry it off if needed. Have fun.
