I started with 340312 and 1973156 and remixed them. I liked the internal shape of 340312 for heat sink air flow, and I liked the 2 fan design of 1973156 for print cooling. I didn't like that I kept breaking them when I snapped them on and off of my heat sink. It started breaking on the sides, so I added ribs for strength. Then they would break in the back at the top where it is very skinny. I added a back plate for strength. I redesigned the clamp area to be more like a split shaft collar than a snap on/off design. It needs (2) 3mm X 20mm socket head screws and (2) 3mm nuts. There are little guides on the sides to hold the housing and clamp up tight against the effector. The 2 side mounted cooling fans were mounted too high up and hit my effector. I lowered the 2 side fans down about 4mm's so they don't hit my effector anymore. And I had to chop 4mm's off the bottom of the air guides. This 3 fan shroud will take (3) 30mm fans. One in the back for heat sink cooling and 2 on the sides for printed part cooling. Secure the fans with #4 sheet metal screws, 3/4" long, pan head. The 2 printed part cooling fans on the sides, if you use the top front screw hole then your screw will actually screw into the clamp a little, holding it all together. You just have to remember to back those 2 screws out a little before you try to unbolt the clamp. printed in ABS due to the temperature it will be exposed to at 225 degrees, 0.2 layer, 50% infill effector 2640121 carriages 2653647 fan shroud 2846998 UBL adapter 2847002
