E3D v6 1.75mm mount for Ultimaker 2 clone

This is a mount I am working on to secure the E3Dv6 hotend onto my UM2 clone. To utilize this on an official UM2, the Z Height will require modification to prevent the build plate from crashing into the hot end during leveling. Although I have not tested this on an official UM2 yet, it has been successfully implemented on my clone, which boasts a larger build envelope and does not suffer from this issue.
