I've revised the design to align perfectly with the spec sheets, creating a precise "to spec" version of the model that matches the E3Ds defined in the technical documents. With this revised model, I've developed an entirely new extruder for the MakerGear M2 and fabricated a duct specifically tailored to the E3D's requirements. Impressively, these designs worked with unparalleled precision, equivalent to my highly detailed "real world" model. This development allowed me to craft an exceptionally accurate fan duct for the E3D v6 (www.thingiverse.com/thing:494430). I'm confident this precise design will serve as a valuable asset in your own creative solutions, taking advantage of the robust and outstanding performance exhibited by the hot end. EDITED SECTION: Recently, I completed a cutting-edge fan duct designed specifically for the E3D v6 hot end. To achieve optimal results, I generated an extremely detailed rendition of the hot end, carefully incorporating elements such as the integrated Bowden coupling and heater cartridge to allow for precise placement of the fan components. This meticulous design was founded upon a thorough analysis of the official technical drawings from E3D, combined with my firsthand knowledge acquired from constructing my own high-performance hot ends. My revised design exhibits minor discrepancies in relation to the original published plans provided by E3D, but it remains unclear whether these anomalies are exclusive to a specific batch of manufacturing or common among all produced models.
