Design based here : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:533029 (for E3D_v5_v6_40mm_Duct.stl and E3D_v5_v6_40mm_Duct_Mirrored.stl) and here : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:958827. If you want the SINGLE fan version print : E3Dv5-Holder.stl OR E3Dv6-Holder.stl (pick your extruder version), AND E3D_v5_v6_40mm_Duct.stl OR E3D_v5_v6_40mm_Duct_Mirrored.stl. If you want the DUAL fan version print : E3Dv5-Holder.stl OR E3Dv6-Holder.stl (pick your extruder version), AND Fan-Duck-Left - repaired - oriented.stl, AND Fan-Duck-Right - repaired - oriented.stl. This version of fan duct is not yet tested. Needs 4 screws M3 25mm long, 2 fans 40mm left/right, and 1 fan 30 mm central. You might need also a zip tie to hold the hole system to the e3d barrel. I am pretty sure that this version will work extremely well. If you test it let me know in the comments below. More info here : http://www.trustfm.net/hardware/3DPrinter.php. I have added fan guards modifying this : https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:128718. Print Settings Printer Brand RepRap, Printer Prusa I3, Rafts No, Supports Doesn't Matter, Resolution 0.2mm, Infill 40%, Notes Try printing it without additional support. I have used PLA at 195 degrees Celsius. How I Designed This I have downloaded the files E3D_v5_40mm_Duct.stl and 40mm_Duct_Mirrored.stl from : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:533029. I have fixed them using netfabb Basic, then imported them to FreeCAD as new parts. Then I modified them and made a dual version using my fan duct holder located here : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:958827.
