My filament was constantly jamming due to the hot filament in the heat sink, which was resolved by reducing the print temperature and improving the cooling for the heat sink. I designed this fan shroud to enhance the cooling aspect. The part that fits snugly into the heat sink is secure enough to hold the entire assembly in place; however, you can also use an M3x15 or M3x20 bolt/nut combination, with the bolt emerging from inside the fan and the nut attached to the back of the shroud. You may need to remove the fan first, attach the shroud, reattach the entire assembly to the printer, and then screw in the fan securely.
