E3D v4 Hot End Model
thingiverse
This is a modeled version of the E3D v4 Hot End for 1.75mm filament using OpenSCAD, designed for use in your projects. It's not meant for printing purposes but serves as a fitting guide. The heat break measurements are based on personal E3D hot ends, slightly differing from the reference sheets. Heater element and nozzle are modeled according to the E3D website specifications. Both .scad and .stl files are available, though only .scad includes color. To use, either import the .stl file into your preferred 3D modeling software or include the .scad code in an OpenSCAD project. Note that for the .scad code to include a fan duct, you need to have the parent thing's (thing:71073) .stl file saved in the OpenSCAD directory, or modify the import target accordingly.
