E3D ToolChanger Direct Drive Nema 14 BMG Extruder
thingiverse
A direct drive extruder specifically designed for the E3D ToolChanger system is now available. It leverages gears from a Bondtech BMG extruder, paired with a Nema 14 stepper motor, an affordable Ender-3 style heat-sink, and an E3D heatblock and nozzles. Compared to the standard bowden setup, this direct drive extruder is longer in length. However, it seamlessly fits into place without requiring any modifications to other tools on hand.
