E3D Titan Task Fan
thingiverse
Rev 2019: holes are actually linked directly to the fan now, the fan is positioned much closer to the pipes. Inspired by the Tusk Cooling Fans (see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2445660), I've designed this cooling pipeline to be attached securely to a Titan Extruder using three screws on the extruder. Two brass pipes (or aluminum like in the original tusk fan) are positioned at the bottom to direct airflow directly to the hotend nozzle (or slightly below). To attach an E3D hotend, sufficient space must be allowed for the pipes. Supports are required at the part that attaches to the FAN. The fan connector is slightly larger than usual due to a mistake when ordering these parts (https://de.aliexpress.com/item/40mm-x-40mm-x-20mm-DC-12-v-2-Pin-B-rstenlosen-K-hlung-K-hler/32853891364.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.1f714c4d81iXDW), but it should be easy to switch out for a standard 3D printer fan. The next version will feature a small hose and an air pump. Please rotate the part before printing to ensure it is positioned on the large flat face.
