e3D Titan Solid Idler Tensioner
thingiverse
Hello everyone, I'm thrilled to share with you a replacement for the thumbscrew and nut on the E3D Titan, specifically designed for the Artillery X1 Sidewinder. As I was disassembling my extruder, all the parts neatly arranged in little cups, my two mischievous kittens managed to turn my printer table into a war zone. I've scoured every nook and cranny, but unfortunately, the thumb wheel has vanished, so here's the solution. I printed this replacement using PLA with an impressive number of shells, ensuring maximum precision. The tension feels perfectly calibrated, and after approximately 30-40 hours of non-stop printing, I haven't encountered a single issue. I'm grateful you're taking the time to download this upgrade! Update: After surpassing the 100-hour mark, my printer is still running smoothly. In fact, I'm thoroughly impressed with how this replacement has outperformed the original thumbscrew setup – it just works flawlessly! The tension is spot on, and printing couldn't be any easier or more affordable.
