I'm designing the E3D Titan Extruder mounting bracket for use with 20x20 profiles. The printing settings are optimized for a smooth finish and stable build plate adhesion. My printer of choice is the sparkcube, which delivers precise control over temperature and pressure. To minimize warping and ensure a solid bond between layers, I'm skipping rafts altogether. By doing so, I can achieve a sleeker design without compromising on structural integrity. Supports are also unnecessary in this case, as the bracket's geometry provides sufficient clearance for smooth material flow. For the printing itself, I'll be using ABS plastic with a layer height of 0.15mm. This combination allows me to strike a balance between detail resolution and print speed. With the sparkcube handling the heavy lifting, I can focus on fine-tuning the design in Fusion360 – where the real magic happens.
