Problems with Current Titan Design: * The filament frequently fails to engage the lower filament path in Direct Drive configuration. * Flex/Nylon filaments are prone to kinking due to the lack of an upper filament guide. * The PTFE path lacks sufficient grip. How This Upgrade Solves the Problem: * A longer grip for the PTFE guide ensures a secure hold. * An added upper filament guide prevents kinking and ensures smooth filament flow. * Easier filament insertion makes the process more convenient. * This upgrade is designed as a drop-in replacement, minimizing installation complexity. Printed in PLA, but it's recommended to use stronger or stiffer plastic if available. Note that PLA may deform over time due to its inherent properties. Happy Printing!
