I redesigned the fan duct using OpenSCAD, crafting both a standard edition and a custom-fit variant tailored specifically for a 60mm radial fan. To facilitate smoother printing, I incorporated an integrated support structure within the duct itself, effectively eliminating the need for manual bridging of large gaps. This improvement has significantly reduced the challenges associated with plastic bridging during the printing process.
