A nod to E3D for their excellent extruder design, but a shake of the finger for not releasing universal extruder mounts or providing essential CAD models or dimensions - apart from the distance between the extruder and axes - which would make designing compatible alternatives straightforward. If you aim to prevent Chinese knock-offs, this approach is counterproductive. So here's the result of doing some of E3D's heavy lifting: a starting point for your own custom designs.
