I was determined to make it work, but my Titan mount wouldn't accommodate the E3D fan ducts I found. So, I came up with this adapter that leverages the E3D fan mount to utilize two 50mm x 15mm blower fans - one to cool the hot end and another for cooling the print itself. I'm using this mount on my Titan for my CR-10, and it's been a game-changer. You can find the design files here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2618672. Just download the Fusion 360 file with the hotend and fan adapter - if your slicer is struggling to scale it properly, simply scale it down to 10%.
