UPDATE: 5/17/18 I have made a couple of changes and uploaded a new version. In order to accommodate a bed leveling sensor mount, which is still in progress, I modified the carriage body to be slightly wider while adding some ribbing for increased stiffness. Both fan mounts are now detachable. This mount is designed specifically for the CR-10 to use a genuine E3D Titan extruder in direct drive configuration. It includes various options with some extra components added. Carriage Body - available without a fan, or with one or two 5015 fans. This mount results in a 6mm offset on the Y axis from where the original nozzle is located, but in line on the X axis. The nozzle height should be the same as the original nozzle, and there's no need to adjust the Z-axis endstop. As this was designed for the E3D brand Titan extruder, if you use a clone, it may work, but the measurements might not be the same. Attachments - optional attachments for the 5015 fans are available. I am currently designing an attachment for a standalone EZABL sensor or a 5015/EZABL combo attachment, but I need measurements and desired offsets since I don't have an EZABL. Optional clips - two versions of a clip for the top of the carriage are included to make mounting more rigid. Parts required: 4 - m3x8 screws for the carriage 3 - m3x8 screws for the fan mounts 1 or 2 - m3x8 screws for the optional clip, depending on the style 1 - m3x20 screw per 5015 fan (threaded directly into the plastic)
