E3D Titan carriage for D-Bot

I created a compact carriage for the E3D Titan/v6 combo that replaces the front carriage of a C/D-Bot type printer. This carriage is compatible with the default rear carriage, but you will need to print an offset fan mount (included). I've also included an optional smoother flowing fan duct that's compatible with either carriage design (original bowden or this). This carriage relocates the nozzle up and to the right (looking from the front), as well as loses about 15mm of Y travel, so you'll want to take that into account when modifying the firmware travel limits and slicer offsets. I've also included a pair of spacer replacements that will allow you to mount a BLTouch probe on the bottom of the carriage such that you don't lose any more travel. I included a copy of my configuration.h from repetier-firmware version 0.92; I made the switch because I was having some issues getting bed-leveling to work properly in Marlin. As an extra bit, I've included a copy of the full extruder assembly in STEP format if anyone wants to modify things in a real CAD software.
