E3D Titan Aero Mount for P3Steel Toolson MK2 with fan and induktiv sensor
thingiverse
This extruder mount is extremely close to the rods and very compact in design. Please note that Toolson used 12mm sinter bronze bearings. It does not fit standard LM8UUs. You need a pane cake stepper like https://www.omc-stepperonline.com/hybrid-stepper-motor/nema-17-bipolar-18deg-13ncm-184ozin-1a-35v-42x42x20mm-4-wires-17hs08-1004s.html. You need: 2x M4x25 (fan) screws and nuts 1x M3x20 (sensor) screws and nuts 4x M2.5x6 (bearings) screws and washers I have a Prusa i3 MK2 X-End. So, my endstop is located under the X-End. That's why I made a pin at the bottom. As fan, I used a Sunon 50x50x15 blower MF50151VX-A99 and the 22.5mm fan duct. Toolson's endstop holder should not require an endstop pin. And Toolson does not like bed levelling. For both, I made special carriages. **UPDATE** 25.09.2017 - V2: I changed the fan duct and remixed [Original Prusa i3 MK2 E3D Titan Aero Upgrade fan duct](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2192480). Sorry, but you will need a new body. The new fan duct is more stable and easier to assemble.
