Mounted a standard 40mm fan for part cooling to the E3D Titan Aero by modifying evil_k's original design. The Titan Aero demands a 2mm or 7mm gap between the extruder and stepper motor to maintain an overall thickness of just 2mm, so I thinned out the wall and added some extra clearance for the large gear. I've already printed this modified mount and it works like a charm. However, I had to make several key changes along the way, and the resulting STL file isn't in pristine condition. If someone wants a sleeker design from scratch, that's definitely the way to go.
