E3D sur DAVINCI AIO
cults3d
My XYZprinting DaVinci 1.0 AiO printer has been working for several months on Repetier firmware. Unfortunately, the original extruder is not up to par. I decided to install an E3D V6 extruder, trying to make minimal modifications. Project start: April 7, 2018: Here's a mount for the E3D that fits in place of the original without modifying the head. Additionally, this setup does not require a Z-prolongator. This will be confirmed during the first test and will likely be part of a future update. The original extruder is direct drive, but it will now be mounted as BOWDEN. I need to design a mount for installation. This will also be in a future update. Update: July 6, 2018: The E3D support has been modified since during the prototype assembly I had to make some adjustments. Update: July 10, 2018: I added the necessary parts to complete the assembly. I just finished installing everything. Update: July 13, 2018: During the first test it didn't work!!!! The filament passage through the extruder is in reverse from the original, so you have to invert the motor rotation of the extruder (by reversing two wires). And that's the problem solved!!! Update: July 14, 2018: Second test: printing starts well and at the end of the first layer, the BOWDEN tube comes loose from guidefil2. So I just added a hole in this guide fil to put an axis lock on the tube, a simple paper clip is enough. Third test: printing is perfect!!!! Update: August 9, 2018: After several prints, it appears that the extruder guide fil is too flexible and moves according to the force applied by the extruder. This piece has therefore been modified to rigidify it, so the amount of filament extruded is more precise.
