e3d supervolcano and v6 parts
grabcad
I created a few parts from the E3D supervolcano based on E3D's technical diagrams. All are 1.75 millimeters in length and width. Accuracies for lengths and widths should be precise, while cosmetic details like chamfers and fillets may not be accurate as they were not marked in the diagrams. A notable inaccuracy is the thread inside the heatsink or on the upper part of the heatbreak. I didn't have a heatbreak readily available to measure how far the thread extended, and it wasn't listed on the technical diagrams either. If you're assembling a supervolcano in CAD, assembly should be straightforward except for the heatbreak/heatblock connection. I recommend making the heatbreak stick out approximately 1.4 millimeters (that's what I measured on mine after following the Dozuki instructions). Note that nozzles are not yet included here; that's a task for later. There is a step file available for the full three-part assembly.
